This may surprise you, but I personally don’t like the word “budget”. Let me rephrase that. I hate that “b” word. It feels confining and, to be honest, carries a lot of baggage. I prefer to think of the relationship with money as “directing your flow”. We all have cash flow, money coming in and going out. Try reframing the way you look at your cash flow by looking at your money as something that help create abundance in your life, not restrict it. Move beyond the restrictions of the “b” word and get in the flow-the positive cash flow!
