The Walls We Build Around Our Hearts
Have you ever stopped to wonder why you keep repeating the same patterns?
The same money struggles.
The same relationship challenges.
The same fears that seem to show up wearing different clothes.
Most of us learned at a very young age how to protect ourselves.
We built walls around our hearts.
Maybe we learned to people-please so we would be loved.
Maybe we learned to overachieve so we would feel worthy.
Maybe we learned to stay small, avoid risks, or keep our dreams tucked away so we wouldn't be disappointed.
What began as protection became a pattern.
The challenge is that those patterns don't just affect our relationships. They affect our finances, our health, our careers, and our ability to receive abundance. (The Emotions Behind Money)
Many people believe abundance is something they need to create outside of
themselves.
I believe abundance begins within.
It starts by becoming aware of the walls you've built and asking yourself whether they are still serving you. (Awaken Your Wealth)
Take five quiet minutes today.
Turn off the noise.
Put down your phone.
Take a few slow breaths.
Then ask yourself:
What does my heart truly desire?
Not what everyone else wants for you.
Not what society says you should do.
Not what fear tells you is possible.
What does your heart want?
Don't judge the answer.
Just listen.
Your heart has been trying to guide you all along.
The little child inside you learned how to survive.
Now it's time to learn how to thrive.
Because abundance isn't created from fear.
It's created when you trust yourself enough to let your heart lead the way.
The greatest investment you'll ever make isn't in a stock, a house, or a retirement account. It's in healing the relationship you have with yourself. Everything else grows from there.
You don't have to do this alone.
If you're ready to uncover the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and create a life that is truly aligned with your heart, I'd love to support you through my weekly coaching community.
